可以向回收者授予3个级别的可追溯性。审核员必须确定适用的级别,并在最终报告中显示结果。可追溯性1级和2级适用于接受大包和大块材料的工厂。

There are 3levels of traceability that can be awarded to Recycler. The auditor must decidewhich level is applicable and show the result on the Final Report. TraceabilityLevel 1 and 2 are applicable to plants accepting baled and bulky material.Traceability Level 3 is only applicable to plants acceptingbulky waste. Guidance is detailed below.

Level1: Full traceability   1级:完全可追溯性

- Control of input material: Inputcontrols as per EN 15347:2007 for each incoming Batchof Input Plastic Waste. Each Batch ofInput Plastic Waste is identifiable in the stock area.

- 输入材料控制:根据EN 153472007为每个输入塑料废料批量输入控制。每批输入塑料废物都可在库存区域识别。

- Control of the recyclates productionprocess: Recycling Process is fed with individual Batches of Input PlasticWaste or mixtures of Batches of Input Plastic Wastes of known composition.Process variables are recorded. Outputs are prepared in Batches and details ofthe date and time of production recorded. Quality controls are carried out onRecycled Outputs. There is full traceability from the input Batches to theoutput Batches.

- 控制回收生产过程:回收过程由单独的输入塑料废物批次或已知组成的输入塑料废物批次的混合物供给。记录过程变量。产出按批次编制,并记录生产日期和时间的详细信息。质量控制在再生产品上进行。从输入批次到输出批次具有完全可追溯性。

- Controls on output material: Recyclercan provide the characteristics of each Batch of Recycled Output produced (inline with relevant EN recyclates characterisation standard or/and customers’requirements) to the end user.

- 控制输出材料:回收者可以向最终用户提供每批回收产品的特性(符合相关的EN回收物特性标准或/和客户的要求)。

Recycledcontent: It can be calculated using the formula in section 6 of EN 15343:2007(so there must be a known blend of recycled and virgin / other material).

- 回收内容:可以使用EN 1534320076节中的公式计算(因此必须有已知的回收和原始/其他材料的混合物)。

- Record keeping: Records are kept of allof the above data.

- 记录保存:保留所有上述数据的记录。

- Recyclers producing food contactRecycled Output that cannot meet traceability Level 1 should not be awardedCertification.

- 生产食品接触的回收商不能满足可追溯性的再生产品1级的不应获得认证。

The auditor mustduly justify in the audit report why he granted traceability Level 1 accordingto the above variables.

审计师必须在审计报告中适当证明他为什么根据上述变量授予可追溯性等级1


Level2: General traceability 2级:一般可追溯性

- Control of input material: Input PlasticWaste is stored by Recycler in two or more Storage Bays. The Batches of InputPlastic Waste which make up the contents of a Storage Bay are known and fullydocumented. Each individual Batch of Incoming Waste Plastic does not need to beseparately identifiable within a Storage Bay.

- 输入材料控制:输入塑料废物由回收者存储在两个或更多存储槽中。组成存储槽内容物的输入塑料废物批次是众所周知的,并且已完整记录。每个单独的输入废物塑料批次不需要在存储槽中单独识别。

- Control of recyclates productionprocess: Recycling Process is fed with the contents of a Storage Bay (oneStorage Bay at a time ensuring that it is completely emptied before introducingInput Plastic Waste into Recycling Process from a different Storage Bay).Recycled Outputs can be traced to Input Plastic Waste from a specific StorageBay and therefore to known Batches of Input Plastic Waste. This is fullydocumented. Recycled Outputs are prepared in Batches and details of the dateand time of production recorded. Quality controls are carried out on RecyclingOutputs.

- 回收生产过程的控制:回收过程使用存储槽的内容(一次一个存储槽,确保在将输入塑料废物从不同的存储槽引入回收过程之前完全清空)。再循环输出可以追溯到特定储存槽的输入塑料废物,因此也可以追溯到已知的输入塑料废物批次。这是完整记录的。回收产品以批量编制,并记录生产日期和时间的详细信息。质量控制在回收产出上进行。

Level3: Enlarged general traceability 3级:扩大一般可追溯性

- This level is applicable only to plantsaccepting bulky waste.

- Control of input material: Input PlasticWaste is stored by Recycler in one or more Storage Bays. Batches of InputPlastic Waste are documented in a monthly average. Each individual Batch ofIncoming Waste Plastic does not need to be separately identifiable within aStorage Bay.

- 输入材料的控制:输入塑料废物由回收者存储在一个或多个存储槽中。每月平均记录一批输入塑料废物。每个单独的输入废物材料批次不需要在储存槽中单独识别。

- Control of recyclates productionprocess: Recycled Outputs can be traced and documented on a monthly average toInput Plastic Waste. Recycled Outputs are prepared in Batches and details ofthe date and time of production recorded. Quality controls are carried out onRecycling Outputs.

- 回收生产过程的控制:可以跟踪回收产出,并按月平均记录输入塑料废物。回收产品以批号编制,并记录生产日期和时间的详细信息。质量控制在回收产出上进行。

Please note thatcategory type: ‘1’ and ‘2’ refer to the required level of performance and notlevels of traceability. See section 4.2 of the EuCertPlast Audit Scheme:Operating performance required for Certification for further explanation. Thisremains the case for the sections referring to category 1 and 2 in section 4.5and in annex 6.
