WEB-PORTAL-RAL环境走向数字化
RAL Environment is continuously expanding its online presence. Applicants currently have the option of using the online application portal WEB-PORTAL to submit applications and associated documents to RAL Environment electronically. The paperless application process will now be further optimised and expanded during the course of 2020.

After submitting an application, you can follow the status of the following processing steps:

- Conversion into a contract and contract number

- Date the contract/application invoice was sent

- Date the contract/application invoice was received

- The product name, as it is displayed on the Blue Angel website or the German EU Ecolabel website

Since recently, registered licence holders have also been able to submit changes to existing contracts online and update their sales figures, which are used as the basis for the annual invoices.

After two years, we can clearly say that this online service has been well received. Online applications are now used by more than 90% of users.

Users are able to view their own data around the clock and can directly submit new applications and changes online. The benefits are thus very clear.

In combination with the simultaneous introduction of electronic archiving at RAL Environment, new applications or changes will only be accepted online via the WEB-PORTAL from 1 July 2020. Licence holders who have not yet registered to use the WEB-PORTAL should thus register in the next few weeks. Instructions on how to register and use the portal can be found in the “GUIDE TO THE WEB-PORTAL”, which is available to download on the home page of the WEB-PORTAL
